Missionary Ventures International sponsors several ministries to supplement its purpose to encourage and support indigenous missions through personal involvement. The ministries rely on Spirit led leaders to recruit capable volunteers and marshal resources to fulfill their unique tasks to "reach the un-reached" through practical applications of skills and training often used in secular endeavors.
The Brannan’s left Bend and Westide Church in 2000 to work with Peruvian pastors in Arequipa. They spent five and a half years working in Peru’s 2nd largest city, located in the southern Peruvian Andes Mountains and in one of the highest, driest deserts. They worked with starting and maintaining feeding centers, church construction, then starting an orphanage. In 2006 they moved to Puerto Maldonado, in the jungle, close to Peru’s eastern border with Brazil and Bolivia. Here they have worked with a local pastor to construct a refuge for pregnant, underage girls and now have started construction on the first Christian school in the province and hope to have it open by March 2007. Most recently they have been travelling days upriver to bring medical aid, supplies and to be a witness for Jesus to the isolated tribes living there.

Team Yucatan is a Christian ministry with the vision of reaching out to the people of the Yucatan with the love of Jesus Christ by meeting the spiritual and physical needs of the people through hands-on ministry.
Pastor Ron Griggs and his wife Donna, along with their three children; Kayla, Christina, and Joshua come from Sisters, Oregon. Ron previously pastored at Three Sisters Fellowship also in Sisters, OR. After receiving a call from the Lord, Ron and Donna settled in Playa del Carmen, Mexico and commenced laying the cornerstones for a Christian ministry. Team Yucatan now provides Sunday worship services, Tuesday bible studies, couples counseling and service to the local family's and pastor's needs.

King's Kids - Kenya

Kids for the Kingdom has partnered with a Kenyan ministry called Lifewater Kenya. Initially established to provide clean water systems for Kenya’s rural villages, Lifewater Kenya is now serving hundreds of Kenya’s rural and inner-city poor through feeding projects, handicap school programs, distribution of relief goods, water wells, medical clinic and other outreach projects. Kids for the Kingdom is providing funding and assistance for a number of the on-going projects at Lifewater Kenya including Deep Sea Slum Children’s Bible Club and Feeding Project. Approximately 120 children living in the Deep Sea Slum (near Nairobi) come twice each week for Bible Club, singing, games and a hot nutritious meal (Lentil soup, rice or porridge, banana, bread and juice).

Brent and Virginia are working with Redeemed Church, a local Ugandan church based in Kampala. This church has planted over 200 branch churches around the country, mostly in rural areas. These churches rarely receive visitors, so we are travelling with other Bible teachers from Redeemed Church to hold week-long seminars and weekend meetings to provide discipleship training for these small village churches. We also are privelaged to serve on a crusade team that travells all over East Africa, headed by Redeemed's staff evangelist, Drake Kanaabo (www.kanaabo.org).
