Looking for roommate to share 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in Redmond. I have a black lab puppy, and I'm on a little over one acre of land. I prefer females, but males are ok too. For one person, rent would be $500 plus 1/2 utilites. Since I have 2 rooms available, if two want to rent, rent would be $333 plus 1/3 or utilities. My family and I are looking for a rental with at least 3 bedrooms. We are currently renting the last year and the landlord moved away not taking care of this house and we just need to move out of here. We are working on our credit right now, so if you require good credit that isn't us right now. We have two girls ages 12 and 6. When we moved up here from Vancouver, WA a year ago, it was a very hard move because the person we were going to rent from decided to sell instead of rent and we lived in a hotel for over a month.
