Products and Services

If this is a donation you certify that we have not provided you with any goods or services in exchange for this contribution—only intangible religious benefits and, consistent with the tenets of our faith and practice, only incidental tangible benefits. (Required by IRS OBRA 1993)

If this is a payment for a service (such as camp, a class, etc) you understand that this will not qualify as a donation and it will not be recorded on your contribution record. 

Information on the Website 

Westside Church reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect, feature or information on this website.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No representations or warranties of any kind are made, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, this site's owner disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  This site's owner will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. 

As a user 

You agree not to use the website to send or post any message or material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, indecent, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, sexually orientated, racially offensive, profane, pornographic, or violates any applicable law and you hereby indemnify Westside Church against any loss, liability, damage, or expense of whatever nature which Westside Church or any third party may suffer which is caused by or attributable to, whether directly or indirectly, your use of the website to send or post any such message or material. 

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions. 

Refunds

All payment made through Online Giving, once processed, are considered final and non-refundable, unless unauthorized use of your credit card can be proven.  If you become aware that your credit card has been lost, stolen or is being used fraudulently, it is your responsibility to report the issue to your financial institution.

Cancellation

You can cancel your payment before it has been processed.  Once the payment has been processed it cannot be canceled and it is non-refundable.  Please contact the church business office at 541-382-7504 to inquire about cancelling a payment.

Recurring Payments

If you select yes in the Create a Recurring Payment dropdown box you are authorizing Westside Church to setup a recurring payment on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.  The amount submitted with your request will be withdrawn from the submitted account on the day it is submitted; subsequent payments will be withdrawn on a recurring basis, as specified by you, until the end date is reached or until you call the church business office at 541-382-7504 to cancel the recurring payment. 

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.  Any changes will be posted.

This privacy policy tells you how we use personal information collected at this site. Please read this privacy policy before using the site or submitting any personal information.
