God is drawing people to Westside by His Spirit. What drew you? Something drew every person that is here. Through Growing Better, we can build on that provide an irresistible environment for children, teens and adults to hear about Jesus.
God has called us to reach seekers and build believers into evangelizing disciples. We are making room for those who don’t know Jesus personally yet. Over the past twenty-one years, more than seven thousand precious individuals have given their lives to Jesus through the influence of Westsiders. Thousands more would come if they knew how different church could be from their past experience. [1]
People are drawn toward places where positive things are happening. Improving our meeting place will increase our influence and make us more attractive to those are on a personal journey toward faith. People hungry for personal spiritual growth tend to be drawn to growing places and growing people.
It is time to extend our reach. Together we can make room for precious people we don’t even know yet. Together we can impact our community, our broken neighbors and our wandering colleagues. By the time the building is completed, our hearts will be big enough to allow God to add thousands of souls to our faith community.
