I'm New .. How do I check my kids in / out?


If you are bringing your kids to Westside for the first time, welcome!! Here are a few things you need to know:
  • Allow time to get you child or infant checked in. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before service starts.
  • All children must be escorted to their age appropriate room by an adult and picked up after service by an adult who has their Check-Out Ticket. No child will be released without a valid Check-Out Ticket.

Infants-5/K - How to Check-In:
  • Check-In at the counter of their age appropriate room.
  • Sign the child in on the Roster Sheet.
  • You will be assigned a number for Check-Out that corresponds with your child’s cubby.
  • Your child will receive a name tag.
  • You will receive a Check-Out Ticket and a vibrating pager.

 

1st-3rd Grade How to Check-In:

  • A Team Member will help you enter child’s name and grade into the Check-In compter.
  • If choose to make this your home church, we will have you fill out a Registration Card so that you will be able to use the Check-In computer yourself for a faster process.
  • We use the Check-In computer to help care for the kids.
  • Your child will receive a nametag.
  • You will receive a Check-Out Ticket.
  • Pagers may be requested.


How to Check-Out

  • Ask for your child by name and present your Check-Out Ticket.
  • If your Check-Out Ticket is lost or misplaced, you must show photo identification to a Staff Member to pick up your child.
  • Gather up the “Take Home” sheets and any projects your child worked on.
  • Be sure and ask your child, “Did you have fun?” and “What did you learn today?”
