Subscribe to Westside Church's podcast on iTunes. This opens up iTunes (you will need to download iTunes if you don't have it) and downloads the lastest Westside Church Podcast. Then in iTunes on the left you can click Podcasts and listen to it on your computer or iPod.
Alternatively, you can open the 
RSS feed to subscribe to podcasts using a different player or service.
